The design incorporates two prominent trees, a Banyan and a Behada tree, which are central to the layout, with the house built around them. The space flows naturally between open and enclosed areas, and the living spaces opening onto landscaped courts. Constructed with local ochre boulders, the farmhouse rises gently from its surroundings.
The building's layout, including a lap pool between the trees and landscaped courtyards, emphasizes interaction with the environment. The architecture is designed to be sustainable, with temperature control achieved through natural elements like the trees, water, and stone walls. The farmhouse also showcases a rustic charm, with organic materials and natural landscaping that enhance its connection to the land.
