The residence is designed with a small lap pool in the front garden, which is screened from the driveway by a specially designed jail made with lacquered brass Champa flower motifs. To tie together the whole setting, the pool wall is provided with back lit alcoves covered with jalis made out of Champa leaf motif.
The side passage has Sun and Moon installations which are visible from the study and dining area.
The terrace level is provided with bio walls instead of conventional planters, wood decking and pergola.
